Field chapterGlobal Brigades · Greece

One week
in Athens.

In July 2026, I joined a Global Medical Academy brigade by Global Brigades in Athens, Greece — a full week of clinic work alongside local providers and visiting medical teams.

Across the week I completed 30 hours of service in partnership with the GB Athens Clinic and SAMA Shelter: observing care across specialties, sitting in on clinical teaching between appointments, and learning how much trust a team can build in a single day of listening well.
